Summer options for internationals

So I have been looking all over for summer programs, especially ones relating to science (biology/chemistry). I'm especially interested in molecular biology and biomedical fields. (I'm hopeless at physics.)

Except I've been hitting two barriers.
One, I'm not American. I'm also not a permanent resident.
Two, my school starts super early, and the program has to finish by August 3rd...

Does anyone know of good programs that I can apply to?

(As reference, I'm a pretty good student, 4.0 gpa, yadayada, but I haven't had ANY experience with like science fairs or research or anything, mainly because I've been moving around a lot)

PS: has anyone heard of the smith summer science and engineering programs?
PPS: I've looked at Cornell summer college's program about research apprenticeship (forgot the name now), but it was way too expensive:(

Many programs are not limited to American citizens. I'm assuming that you live in the U.S. (not australia). Try SSP for science. The carnegie mellon's program for diversity is an option too. Check out the stickied post.

Yeah, I'm looking for summer options too. I thought Cornell looked amazing, but I'm a freshman (would be rising sophomore), and they only take sophomores & above.

I heard CTY is good. My friends did a Bio course, and a Biomed course last summer, so they should have what you want.

I probably would have done that, except I haven't done any the SATs, SSATs, etc and I think you need to have taken one of them to apply.

For a lot of them, your psat score will suffice.
