<p>Wanted to share with those of you who have interest......a neat role d just got for summer. One of the Dallas community theatres is doing "Cats" and she's play Jemima. She was excited. I think it will be lots of fun for her.</p>
<p>Wow!! good for Razorback's D!! That will be so fun. That was going to be the musical that the kids did at NOCCA this year, they were dissappointed that the storm disrupted it. Which theater is doing it? We would love to see it.</p>
<p>It's Richardson Community Theatre. RCTheatre.com She's really excited and looking forward to it. Please look us up if you get to come.</p>
<p>Congrats to your D! She will have a ball. My D is in the third week of a community theatre production of CATS here in Syracuse and has loved every minute! Intense, hard work but an amazing show to be a part of!

Evasmom, that is great that your high school aged daughter is appearing in CATs locally, as well. When my D was little, that was her favorite show for a while. And for someone who is a dancer, it is surely a show to be in.</p>

<p>My D's heart belongs to a small theatre company here called Musical Theatre Academy of Orange County. She has done their summer musical review since she was entering 8th grade. You are only allowed to participate until you are 18, and she doesn't want to give it up. So, she will spend at least two weeks this summer singing and dancing her heart out with kids as young as 7 years old.
BTW- if you read this and live in Orange County, CA I recommend it whole-heartedly for kids who are wanting to get their feet wet.</p>

<p>D attending CAP21. Another summer in NYC training prior to starting in the fall at Elon where we are told there will be an amazing number of performance opportunities beginning with auditions for a fall musical within the first couple weeks.</p>
