Summer Term at FSU

When does the 2011 Summer Term start for entering freshman? I'm seeing May and June, but I can't find a definite answer.
Thanks!

Looks for the dates for SUMMER C.

<a href=“FSU Registrar | Error 404 page not found”>http://registrar.fsu.edu/dir_class/summer/acad_cal.htm</a></p>

depends on summer term your actually taking; A,B, or C.

FRESHMAN start summer C. They do not start A or B. An entering freshman accepted to summer term starts with summer C, the second 6 week period.

which is like june 27th =) and you’ll want to get there a couple days early to get used to everything =)

Hell Ya Summer is so siick I heard. Nonstop partying!

^ wow spuds like your excited already! :)

Do you pay the full tuition during the summer term? and how much? I got accepted

FSU tuition is by the credit hour. A full load is 15 hours for fall or spring. For full 12 weeks summer term a full load is 12 hours. For Summer B or C, each 6 weeks, a full load is 6 credit hours. So you only pay for the class hours you are enrolled in. See the page on the FSU website with the tuition/fees etc and the total per credit hour.

Ohhh Thanks!
and can Freshmen take their first classes online?

Online classes are more expensive, just an FYI. There is a 50% extra fee on tuition even though it is online. You would think it would cost less not more. But I think they encourage freshman not to take online classes in the short and very fast passed 6 week summer term. You can discuss this at orientation.
