Superscore?

I have a 33 (twice now dangit) but a 34 superscored.
Obviously, the 33 will most likely get me admission, but I'm aiming for the honor's program...

so do they do this?
It doesn't say anything about the ACT on the SMU website, but it does say they take the highest CR/M from the SAT.

thanks :)

I had a 32 on the ACT and got into the honors program. Granted I applied for Fall 2004 admission, and it may have gone up since then. I would aim for a high score on both tests to be safe.

I also have a 4.0 and am ranked first in my class…lots of leadership and stuff lol no need to spell it all out but do you think that would help? I’m not taking it again because I’m already a senior…

SMU does take your highest SAT composite, however your ACT is just your highest score (no superscoring).

thanks…do you think i have a shot at the honors program?

Yes, you will get into their Honors Program with a 33. That is an amazing score.

I’m in the honors program, and I would definitely say that you have a strong shot of getting in.
