So there are like 10 of those really short answer, 300 character/ two-line responses.

I'm having trouble staying within the limit. How many characters can I be over the limit without ****ing off the adcoms?

I thought commonapp.org didn't allow you to go over the 300 character limit.

You can't go over.

He said the Supplement...not the Common App.

But the Stanford Supplement is only on commonapp.org (cause you have to send it online right? If not, I'd be happy)

So I can't go over 300 characters, right? Bottom line?

sorry to barge in on your thread, but how much do the short answers affect admissions? Should they be given the same care as an essay? Thanks =]

you can go over 300. commonapp says 300 character limit in the box but if you keep on typing more, it let's you go over. Just don't go past like 300.

Yeah you can type more, but when you submit it, there will be an error, telling you that you wrote too much.
