How do I send it if I submit app online? Thanks. Anyone else kind of nervous?

If you are submitting your common app on line just submit the supplemental stuff via snail mail. I would suggest placing a post card addressed to yourself in the envelope also. That way when the admissions office receives your stuff, they will stamp and mail the post card back to you. that way you have a record that the school has all of your stuff.

good luck

My S submitted a supplemental instrumental CD; paper app mentioned this as option. Dartmouth rep visiting his high school last week said they don't look at supplemental stuff. Interesting!?

Did he include a note or something with it, or did he just send it?
I'm sending a supplemental writing sample and an extra recommendation, I don't know if I should just put them in an envelope and send or include something that explains them.

My S sent his stuff so that it will be tracked. He included a cover letter.

I'm sure they reviewed my supplemental CD when I sent it in last year - a music teacher here told me she might get it out to try and get a feel for my standard.

I agree that they DO forward it to the appropriate department for review and that, while no guarantee, it can support the application.

guys I have a Dartmouth' scarf that my grandma taught me how to make it last year. Should I send it in
