@artisticnative, I addressed mine to my regional rep, but it’s probably too late now…
@artisticnative There is still time to write one! I would send a letter directly to the admissions office at the very least. Someone will direct it to the proper location.
We’ve almost made it, friends
Bump! Trying to keep this thread alive lol.
this is pretty painful I’m afraid because i live in ny and I haven’t gotten a letter
@Zenithar143 I’m on the exact same boat, man. Are you ILR? I have a feeling I’m gonna end up getting a GT, if I’m lucky. Idk if I would be willing to take it, though…
Personally, if I get a GT I’m just going to move on. I’d rather not spend a year at a school, a year making friends and forming connections, knowing I’m gonna say goodbye to everything soon
@airspirit yea I am. But hey man, maybe we’ll still get accepted!
I mean, I think I would have to really think about it if I get a GT. I’ve wanted to go to Cornell since I was like 8 y/o lol so it’s hard to give up but I also agree with @jamesjunkers
@GregB77777 is it really not too late to send in a letter indicating continued interest? The email about supplemental submissions I got from Cornell said the deadline was feb 15
@GregB77777 Oh no I just saw your reply. I never wrote one.
It’s too late when admissions letters get mailed, no matter what they tell you.
That hasn’t happened yet. I’d contact them ASAP.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to receive a likely letter after being deferred? Or do you know anyone that this has happened to?
The wait is almost over, friends.
when does the decision come out
@BroomOfThought I was deferred and got an invitation to the diversity hosting event. I emailed them after I got the invitation, and they told me I will get accepted. I got deferred for architecture initially and really thought I wasn’t going to make it.
That kind of exacerbated my senioritis haha so now I am stressing so much because I have 2 B’s
10 more days guys! Ahhh
Never been more scared in my life…
Less than 24 hours left. Good luck guys!
Regardless of the decision, Cornell knows how dedicated we are
I’ve never been more nervous in my life than I have been these past few days
