Anyways. . .

1) Nope, far from a commuter school. Most students live <1.5 miles away from campus.

2) Are weekends boring? IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU MAKE OF THEM <–

3) It wildly varies on how often students go home. When there is an upcoming holiday/long weekend. . .more people than usual go home.

4) Again, anything you please. You’re free from the confines of your home now. Go to the beach, drink a bit, go downtown SB or anywhere else in a friend’s car, etc.

5) Too fried from homework atm to answer. No idea.

6) Read no. 5.

Differences between dorms and university apartments. . .

University apartments are, well, just like any other apartment in the USA, while dorms are, well, dorms.

Similarities & differences being. . .

Both residences are owned by the university. Maintenance is provided and free, and internet/utilities/heating/water/etc. are included in the cost of living.

Dorms do NOT come with kitchens. There are kitchenettes in each floor though. Also, with dorms, it is MANDATORY to be in the meal plan.

Apartments are apartments (for the university apartments, they come fully furnished with the beds, refrigerator, desks, closet space, shelves, table, etc) and you supply yourself with your own food.

If you live in a dorm, maids come in and clean your bathrooms/rooms once every week.

If you live in the apartment. . .the cleanliness of the lair is your own responsibility.

You are left to your own device.

Apartments are approx $5/6K cheaper than the dorms, most likely even more.

RA’s enforce alcohol prohibition in dorms. In the apartments. . .what enforcement?

That’s enough word vomit for now. BRB
