But he/she didn’t disobey her/him. he(i’m going with he) simply reply ok. And acted out of her(asst. prin i going with) mind to give someone 5 days suspension instead of a saturday school… Unless something is missing from the story, it is just not right. Do any of your friends or teacher had trouble with the prins?

Dude, you were disrespectful. In my country, the principal would beat you, then suspend you if you acted that way.

why are you always late?

@jagurl if the principal can beat you, can you fight back as well? (since its self defense). I put on some muscle over the summer and I’m stronger than all of my principals this year.

there was one principal last year who played college football at CSU and was around 6 foot 5 inches and extremely muscular. He retired though.

I think you should definitely get your parents involved. Sign up for a meeting with the principal/asst. principal to explain your story.

Most of the other kids don’t have cases. They for the most part they are wrong, and they know that. I had legitimate reasons and no one was listening. Like I said, I’m a quiet kid just trying to get work done. I don’t start problems even if pushed.

My reasons are, for that class I’m late to it every time. That is because i literally go from one side of the school to the other side. That was the first thing i tried explaining, they were like other kids always make this trip. I have yet to see proof though. The second thing i tried to explain to them is I have SAT for the 10th. They didn’t even give me a time of day.

Even if I was being “defiant”, I don’t see how some of you guys think 5 days is reasonable. They already sent me home on Friday and i missed most of the school day. That one day is the most they should be doing. I didn’t raise my voice, I wasn’t sarcastic, I said i was going to get up. Well my parents are calling tomorrow. Hopefully they can come into school that day and the school doesn’t postpone a conference till Tuesday. If the conference is Tuesday that means I was still missed 3 days, even if everything gets resolved.

@voberaptor lol… You can try to fight back but it almost always ends with the male teachers coming to help the principal. 5 people against one if you’re extremely unlucky. And attacking a teacher=outright expulsion. Nigerians place great emphasis on respect for elders.

I think that’s what we need in the US. Sure, I’d get a few ass-whoopings myself, but I’d learn my lesson a lot better than I do spending the day in some BS “In-school suspension” class with practically no supervision.
