<p>u can, but then microbio is impacted, so u have to apply through the “exceptional admissions” process. im trying to switch into the bio dept too. ur a 1st year so if u want to switch to microbio, take all the lower-divs for microbio and then apply, which will most likely be spring of ur sophomore year. but warning theres no guarantee that u’ll get in though…:(</p>
<p>what if i just want to make it a minor?</p>
<p>if minor i dont think u have to petition for it, just take 7 bio classes (2 lowers 5 uppers) for letter grade, cannot be P/NP</p>
