<p>i have a friend in revelle who’s in a triple and a girl from her triple got moved to a double after she appealed. so…it can happen. i just don’t know about ERC. good luck</p>

<p>YES, you actually have answered your own question in post #4. One of my friends (will be a freshman) did 2 swaps: first from triple to a single, then from single to a double. WEIRD. But it was a mutual swap.</p>
