<p>I was able to reach the office of admissions today, although I was on hold for nearly a half an hour. They told me I can send in additional materials for my application. I’m sorry it’s taking so long for you guys to hear back from Syracuse. I know how stressful, disappointing and discouraging it may seem.</p>

<p>I have pretty much given up on hearing back…I figured I was going to get rejected anyways, I just thought I’d eventually hear it formally…</p>

just because you haven’t heard yet does not mean you are rejected. many of us still haven’t heard, and my friend who was accepted as a freshman didn’t hear till may 2nd originally. (silly i know.) but still. no news is more than likely good news.</p>

<p>1) wasn’t notified by the web (school’s site or email), only by letter. All other schools answered by web first.</p>

<p>2) letter dated March 29th, but arrived April 11th. Slowest letter we’ve ever gotten… </p>

<p>any female transfer students still looking for a roommate next semester??? I’m nervous I don’t really like the idea of going random. I also don’t want to be on South Campus but i don’t think I have a choice :(</p>

<p>I am! Yeah it kind of sucks we don’t really get a choice, and that we have to end up taking buses to class everyday.</p>

Last friday (March 15) my ds received email notification of admittance and later in the day an email with his financial aid award. FYI: for those waiting… His myslice account did not show anything special or updated prior to the acceptance email.</p>
