they usually put them out friday so the admissions office doesn’t get a bunch of calls over the weekend
I’ve also seen that people got theirs in the mail. I guess we should be looking out for that too!
My S got his in the mail on Monday after getting the email on Friday - I think they send them out the same day the email goes out.
first and last post here. I mainly want to post about jimtoes who is clearly a ■■■■■ and spreading lies. I am a Columbia University graduate and director of operations at a prestigious NYC IP firm that employees and interviews college graduates every year. We have many Syracuse University graduates in our ranks. My son has been accepted to Syracuse as well as other schools such as Michigan, Macalester, UCONN, and NYU. We are considering Syracuse because of their academics in the field my son has chosen. Some facts for jimtoes, if you go to the Syracuse site you can download a PDF showing employment trends for the 2013 class. Students at Syracuse average around 50K after graduation, with 20% securing employment prior to graduation. The grants are indeed grants and not something to laugh about. My son has qualified for a 48K grant spread out over 4 years. Every university and college in this country is overpriced, unless jimtoes has a solution to this reality his feeble attempt to cry over the Syracuse costs is pointless. The only thing jim could suggest perhaps is that our children go to Denmark, Germany, Sweden or Finland to get a free education. Not a bad idea, mind you, but since most of us wouldn;t want to see our children go so far away, not so practical. So, ignore the ■■■■■ and congratulations on your kids getting into a fine university like Syracuse. Enjoy the atmosphere, academics and chicken wings, but mind the potentially excessive partying.

AWESOME @bankdaddy! thanks from a NY mom!
congrats on your prestige bankdiddly. i’m bowing down to you at this moment trying to think of a pejorative that starts with a and has 5 letters.
@jimtoes I believe there is a space in there, so he is referring to you as a 4-letter pejorative, pls fill in blank. So many options, so little time :))
Every who got in, well done and welcome to the orange family! This school is terrific!
I was accepted Friday at around 4pm to Whitman! So incredibly excited, cant wait to commit Good luck to all still waiting!
I can help you jimtoes. I think the five letter word bankdaddy was talking about had something to do with “a hole”.
Is it pretty definite we should hear Friday? or could it be next Friday as well? This waiting is killing me!
I still haven’t got any response as of now and no email. What to do? will I be accepted or rejected?
My guess, based on the Syracuse twitter feed, is that the second big RD wave is going to be this Friday.
Can someone tag me when decisions are posted? Thanks
Well 2 more days until the next wave of releases. The anticipation is growing. My other schools release decisions tomorrow so it is nerve wracking to see what will happen. It makes me kinda nervous that if I get rejected from my others and then Syracuse I would have to go to a state school. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing it is just kinda a bummer to not get in to my top choices.
