<p>Now, in terms of prestige....Syracuse is probably the best bet. But here's the thing. I got full tuition at both Le Moyne and Canisius Colleges. </p>

<p>What should I do? I really like Syracuse, but I'd have to take out about $5000 in loans every year. Is it worth it? What are the pros and cons?</p>

<p>I’d go with Syracuse. $20,000 in loans seems pretty manageable.</p>
<p>Depends if you like a small or a big school. My son really wants to go to Le Moyne, but he’s getting a great package from Saint Michael’s 12k more than Le Moyne. I know it’s his decision, but my choice lies with my wallet.</p>
<p>Well 20K is a chunk of change if you then expect/hope to go to med school. I would follow your heart- if you think the other two won’t be challenging enough, then go Syracuse. Otherwise, if the other two are less challenging (and you can motivate yourself to perform at a high level anyway), you’ll have a higher gpa for med school.</p>
