hey! i was wondering if all of u guys got a hand written letter from ur interviewers or admissions during this winter break? i got mine from my interviewer so im just wondering.

if not all got the letter, does this mean that the interviewers or admissions letter is a good sign for me?

My son got a handwritten card with long message from his interviewer in Groton, which made him feel bad since he didn’t write a thank you note after his interview.

I got one with a short handwritten note (something along the lines of "Happy Holidays to you and your family, have a great New Year, etc.) from an admissions counselor at Albright College. I haven’t even applied there or anything so it was surprising but very appreciated.

I didn’t go to a ten schools evening or anything like that! Unless Andover told them or something. They were just like happy holidays, thanks for your interest in Loomis (in handwriting)! Identity theft!!! sos

I got Christmas cards saying "Happy Holidays to me and my family, have a great New Year "along with a long handwritten message on them from my Groton’s interviewer and Hotchkiss’s interviewer. I loved their messages because I feel like they were really paying attention when I talked to them.

I got a long card from Taft. from SPS Berkshire and… i forget, i got just a basic merry christmas/happy holidays. it makes me feel lame for not writing thankyou notes :/

the card was some what like “i was impressed with your english and chinsese! i think you will adjust well to prep school because you like sports and playing violin and you will make plenty of friends”
so that was why i was wondering if its a good sign but i guess no? :

My D got a e-card from Andover, and hand written letter from Groton interviewer. Hotchkiss sent letters several times, Choate sent reminder e-mail for app completion.
Seems only SPS did not send.
But I don’t take the letter either a good sign or bad sign. different school has different way.
