TAG to UC Davis affected by this?

<p>Hello! </p>

<p>I took two classes at a local community college..one of them was biology and the other was precalculus. i got C's in both classes. i am planning to do two years at the local CC and then tranasferring to UC Davis. will this affect my TAG in any way?</p>

<p>I’m no expert, since I just went through the TAG process myself but I’m going to assume that the Cs on your transcript will hold a different weight depending on which school you want to TAG into.</p>

<p>Here is what I am pretty sure will happen:

  1. It was a community college so you are still eligible for TAG (If you have attended 4 year or international you are ineligible)
    but
  2. Those are both transferrable classes so they will be counted towards your TAG GPA.</p>
