I have been stalking CC for a few months and decided to jump in. I have S1 applying to some of the usual suspects in Texas for Civil Engineering. He is not too rah rah on sports and seemed to be interested in TAMU Galveston - even to the extent that Ocean Engineering sounded intriguing to him but Civil is still No. 1 choice. He would be an auto admit. My question is for those that are in the Engineering at Galveston program for this TAMU “experiment” and what they think f it. Do they like it so far? Are the class sizes smaller? Since this is the first year of the program, I am seeking feedback. I know it is early but I am curious as to the first impressions so far.
