just out of curiosity, did everyone’s final interview survey include Transitional Funding questions??? it had nothing to do with our final interview, so that was definitely out of the ball park.
Isn’t there a 6th DL this year, too? It makes me nervous that we’ve seen a lot of acceptances on CC and that there’s still another round of interviews to go. There are only so many spots available, you know? And I’d hate to think they skipped out on some good 4/5DL people just to see the potentiality of the 6DL’s.
@nervynerd: yup, one more deadline to go. it would be nice if TFA made their application process on a rolling basis.
@TFA5thDL2015 Yes, mine did. It did strike me as weird. @nervynerd there is a 6th DL, BUT I was just reading an article, like within the last two or three days, that said TFA applicant numbers are down for the 2nd year in a row. Does anybody know how rejection works? Do you get an email about rejection or do you get an email telling you to log onto the applicant center to find out?
@SCTFA2015 from last year and this year’s earlier deadlines, it seems that you get an email for rejection, and if accepted you get an email saying to check the applicant’s center. I THINK, based off of my reading of the boards here.

@TFA5thDL2015 we might be in the same boat! Lol but we don’t know so stay positive. Rejected or accepted…we both came a long way
I will be waiting to read College Confidential before looking at my status/email. The unknown scares me but I am ready for the rejection and have been exploring other options.
@MissHopeless: from previous posts, if your subject line says “View Your Updated Application Status” then it may be a good message. I haven’t found a subject line for the one’s that didn’t get an offer but I think I will wait too. haha.
sadness, I was hoping the recruiter that contacted me would AT LEAST wish me some luck (esp. now that I need it. lol). she was VERY persistent during the initial process and CONSTANTLY checked on me to ask if I submitted my application. now, she hasn’t even a sent a single word. oh well, I guess that’s how TFA recruitment process works… toot it and boot it.
Has ANYBODY received an email from a recruiter, like in the past few days?
i got an email from the girl that did my phone interview because i emailed her with a question i had about the final interview process so she had mine. that’s the best i have though :(. i think someone said they got a good luck email from their recruiter, didn’t they?
whatever guys. just keep thinking, either way… this time tomorrow it’ll all be over. no more wondering, no more stress.

Got an email from my recruiter this evening. Almost died from excitement. Then I read it and it looks like it was a generic email sent to everyone in my area and recruiter is just being a nice guy/doing the TFA thing and sending endless communications. He specifically said:
“I’m sure that many of you are anxious for any little hint you can get about whether or not you got in…sorry to disappoint! Unfortunately, I don’t have any insider information (I’m waiting just as anxiously as you are), but I do want to send out some good vibes and say that my fingers are crossed!”
Can’t wait for this to just be over already! Sleeping is not even an option at this point :S
OK done checking my TF for the night, it’s not going to change this late. I’ll probably check again in the morning and then I’ll just be refreshing the applicant center for changes pre-email. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!! I’m so glad the wait will be all over in less than 24 hours.
I did not receive an email from a recruiter either. UGH! That seems like a bad sign.

I never had a recruiter, but I did have a lady who sent me nice emails before each of my interviews, so I termed her my recruiter, but I haven’t gotten anything today.
