Hey everyone! I just had my final interview on Monday. I am also anxiously waiting for a response on Wednesday November 4th. Good luck everyone!
Does anyone know what time we will get our updated statuses on November 4th? I’ve seen after 8pm EST on their online module. But I’ve heard 6pm as well.

Hey everyone,
I interviewed on Oct.14, and I’m waiting to hear back on Nov. 4th. I was wondering if anyone who hears back on the 4th has seen any changes on their transitional funding status yet. I’ve looked through tons of old boards and it seems this is a slightly reliable indicator early on of acceptance. I still have not seen a change.
I’ve been stalking this thread for a while, but it seems to be less active than last years’.
I applied through the first deadline and I have seen a change in my TF. All my documents have been verified (have YES next to them). But, as stated in previous threads, while this may be a good indication you got in, if you don’t have your documents verified then it’s not necessarily a bad thing either.
Just submitted my app for the 3rd deadline! Let the process begin, 2nd time’s a charm! I’m excited to hear you guy’s news next week!

We’re so close! Same here, staying focused has been difficult for me too. What were everyone’s top preferences region wise? I chose a lot of them, but I’d really like NYC, Philadelphia, Buffalo, Massachusetts, or Chicago. But I know I’ll accept an offer to anywhere!
I’m hoping for Indianapolis, Chicago, NYC, or New Jersey. But I also really want to teach high school English/social studies, which I understand fills up really quickly. Here’s hoping!
I still haven’t seen a change in my tf status so at this point I’m convinced I blew the final interview. Still, best of luck to everyone else!

@ihearttfa1992, I remember reading from last year’s thread that some people’s TF status did not change until the last day. Don’t lose hope! I’d really like special ed, early childhood. or elementary (because I’m certified in those areas).
One more day you guys!! @ihearttfa1992 don’t lose hope it might change today or tomorrow be positive!! I have been staying away from looking at my TF.
I also found this on the help tool: “Your Need-Based Transitional Funding Application status will remain “Under Review” until acceptance notification day. On that day, if your application is complete and you have been admitted to the corps, your status will change to “Complete” and your transitional funding award package will be listed under the status.”
