<p>Hi, my counselor was wondering if students or teachers/counselor are suppose to mail the recommendation?</p>

<p>My counselor says that she will give me the rec, transcript, and the MIT form all in a sealed envelope with a signature on the seal for me to mail off. However, it is usually recommended that the counselor mails it off to avoid any confusion? </p>
