I logged in to pay my son’s Spring 2016 tuition, to find Teal Pay 5 no longer an option. Teal Pay 3 was the only choice, so of course we chose it. But being OOS with zero financial aid, having 10 payments per year is critical, as we pay directly out of pocket. I have reached out to the financial aid office, so I’ll see what they say. However, if 3 payments per semester is now the only option, this might take UNCW off the table for my daughter, who will potentially be joining the class of 2020. I hope this is simply a glitch, but I’m kind of worried!
My fault entirely. I missed the Dec deadline to sign up for Teal Pay 5. By the time I signed up for Teal Pay, 3 was the only option left. Whew!
Whew indeed. That would have sucked for UNCW to have lost your daughter. Glad that it was only an error
