Tell Colleges About Schedule Change?

<p>I'm a senior and will be dropping AP Music Theory after this semester. I was put in the class by accident and was not allowed to drop it until second semester (I decided to drop it for various reasons and will still have 6 APs next semester). I put the class on all of my applications, however, and colleges will see the change.</p>

<p>Do I need to contact each college and tell them about the change to my schedule? I don't want them to think I was lying to them on my application, but at the time I didn't know if I was actually going to drop the class after one semester or not.</p>

<p>Yes, you need to advise all schools of any schedule changes. They won’t think you lied, changes occur all the time for various reasons.</p>
