Hopefully:

IB History of the Americas HL
IB Psychology HL
IB Latin SL
AP Calculus BC
IB Theory of Knowledge
AP Physics C
Wind Ensemble

Likely: AP Calc AB, and AP Physics B / IB Bio SL / IB Physics HL. Depends on scheduling at other schools in my school district if I take Physics C or BC Calc :(

There’s way too many posts for me to digest here…

I think, for my senior schedule, I may want to kill myself:

Senior Year:
AP Art History
AP Bio
AP Physics C
AP Spanish Language
AP English Lit
Multivariable Calculus (weighted as an honors course, but so much harder than an AP)

will be a junior. 6 classes max.

AP Chem
Honors Precalculus
Honors Physics
Honors English
Honors French 4
Honors US History 2

senior year…

ap lit
ap chem
ap physics
ap stats
ib chinese
band!!

2 free periods

or i do comp gov. hmm. i wanna be in touch with social studies, but not via government per se.

Senior Schedule:

English IV Electives (AP English Lit not offered)
AP European History
AP Physics C
French V Literature (this used to be AP French Lit before they discontinued the exam)
Calculus II at local community college

We can only take 6 classes, and 3 APs. All my “regular” classes are considered honors since I’m at an extremely competitive school.

Senior Year:
AP English Lit
AP French Language
AP US Government
Precalculus
Physics 1
Facing History

Senior year:

AP Lit
Honors Physics
AP Calc AB
AP Gov/Econ
Art
Independent Project

How important is math in senior year? I really want to just not take math but I probably should, huh?

I’m not too fond of math either. My intent is to take calculus over the summer so I can avoid taking it next year. Maybe you could do something similar.

Senior year:
[ul][]Multivariable Calculus
[]Differential Equations
[]AP Physics B
[]AP English Language
[]AP English Literature
[]AP Spanish
[]AP Human Geography
[]AP U.S. Government and Politics
[]Team P.E. (mandatory)
[]Probably AP Microeconomics (self-study)
[]Probably AP Macroeconomics (self-study)
[]Probably AP Statistics (self-study)[/ul]

Changed my schedule up a little bit for Junior Year:
Honors Precalculus
AP US History
AP Art History
AP Environmental Science
Honors English III
Honors French IV/Honors Psychology/Honors Comparative Religions
Study Period.

I’ve taken a total of five AP classes and four honors classes in high school, and I have three years of French under my belt.

Here’s my tentative schedule for senior year

Anatomy & Physiology (I was debating this between AP Bio, and I stuck with Anatomy because taking a class you’re interested in is more important than taking a class just because it’s an AP. I’m taking AP Chem right now)

Video Production (If I wind up doing broadcasting for college, this class will come in handy. It’s pending A-G approval. I’ll take something like Drama I if it doesn’t get approved.)

Writing (It’s the regular senior year course, but it’s the class for everybody. Even the AP students enjoy it. I’m taking AP English Language this year. AP Lit doesn’t sound like my cup of tea.)

AP Government and Politics: (I took AP World and APUSH, so this is a given)

AP Stats (Taking AP Calc this year)

Journalism/Newspaper (Another given course because I’ve been writing for the newspaper since sophomore year and I’m an editor this year)

My 7th class is up in the air, but it’s looking probable for American Sign Language. I have always wanted to know how to sign, so this is my chance. Also, it gives me a good chance to help out the Deaf community.

Action, I like your schedule because it’s cool that you get to take all those classes that you’re really interested in! My school doesn’t have any of those!

Sophomore:

English II H
World History H
Algebra II H
Chemistry H
Spanish II
World Religions (required)
Creative Writing II or Journalism II
Drama

No AP’s are offered, this is the hardest load available.

Sorry, AP US Government.

Senior Year:
AP Calc AB (may change it to BC)
Honors Physics
Honors Shapers of the World (it’s a English, art and humanities class combined)
AP Psychology
Honors Orchestra

Senior Year:
MVC
AP Statistics
AP Biology
AP English Literature
AP Microeconomics
AP Macroeconomics

You all make me feel like it’s possible for me to do what my “go for it and don’t commit suicide” plan dictates.

The “Go for it and don’t commit suicide” schedule:
Junior Year:
AP Calc BC
AP English
AP (Insert science here. Probably Chem)
AP US History
Orchestra
French II (or III, depends on if I can track down a community college that offers this)

“Watered-Down, Hi, I want a life” Schedule (This is also the schedule that goes with my personal interests and strengths):
AP Calc BC
AP Chem
US History Honors
French II/III
Orchestra
AP English

So it’s just the APUSH thing right now…

^ So the only difference is APUSH vs honors US History and you think that will give you some sort of life?? o.O

If you go to a competitive school, then having that schedule = no life, but if you go to a crap school you could be as social as life lets you…
