<p>Tercero is closer to the main part of campus where your classes will be, and it has a newer student center with a decent dining area. Cuarto is mildly off campus and nearer to a few stores. Some of Cuarto dorms look like an apartment complex with a center pool. I urge you to visit the campus.</p>
