Terrible SAT I Math scores for good colleges?

December's test were release today, and I got 630 on the Math. Not what I wanted (was expecting a 710, I omitted 5 questions only!). At least it's higher than my previous SAT I math scores (560, 550).

I was shooting for 700s, and this 630 is going to decreases my chances because it's not in the top 25 percentile of colleges admitted Math scores.

I want to major in Electrical Engineer, and I'm very good in math. But a 630 is incomparable to the scores of other geniuses.
This was my last chance, and I screwed up. (I can't believe this!) LOL. Deadlines are over in first week of Jan.
Colleges: George Washington, Santa Clara, Syracuse, University of San Diego.

Tip: Don't get overconfident. LOL.
