Terrible Senior year grades -- no chance of transfer?

Yeah, so I got a C in AP physics senior year and a few B's that I probably shouldn't have gotten.

And I am doing decently this year (mostly A's) as a Freshman at college (it's ivy league but it's not very prestigious, so idk if that would play in my favor at all); however, I am also taking very intro classes -- would that and the fact that I totally screwed myself senior year of HS kill my chances for transfer to Harvard Yale and Stanford?

Since when was any Ivy League school "not very prestigious?" :)

Your chances of transfer to Harvard, Yale or Stanford are very poor - that's not a comment on you, it's a comment on the fact that those schools accept no more than 2 to 5 percent of transfer applications on an annual basis. It's a total crapshoot and the odds are very much not in an applicant's favor.

Unless you don't understand what ivy league means, you're at a prestigious school. The worst you can do is Cornell or Dartmouth. I'm guessing that after you got accepted you decided to take a break. Well, consider your top-notch education, but not top-top-notch education, punishment for this stupid move.

Please, Brown has consistently been the worst in the rankings.
