<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I am planning on attending Tech next year(everything done),and hopefully I could start on their petroleum engineering program.</p>

<p>But I heard recently that not only it's a big time party school,but if you do not drink beer,you will have a hard time.Is this true?can't you not have a good time if you do not party or drink beer?</p>

<p>Of course you can. It is a large university with all different types of students. Yes, there is a large party scene, but also a lot of conservative students who don’t enjoy drinking. You will find people like you. It’s a wonderful school- especially for engineering. You will have a good time.</p>
