<p>I'd like to thank Kio888 for all of his posts on the Scripps board. </p>

<p>One of his criticisms of Scripps is that</p>

<p>According to the administrators, the Top LACs were chosen by number of posts on their pages within CC. So by posting so frequently, he is helping Scripps to rise in the rankings and become one of the "Top LACs"</p>
