The AP Chemistry Exam =]

It's going to be brutal.

Anyone here get a 5?

Duuuuude.

It's so easy. It took me 20 minutes to do the Multiple Choice and an equally short amount of time to do the Free Response. And I was up until 2 am the night before just talking on the phone to my friends.

Don't even worry about it.

yea, I thought ap chem was easy and I got a 5 no sweat but no studying

buuuuuttttt im in AP bio this year and that class is raping me daily, nightly and ever so wrongly so I guess its just a matter of whether your good at analytical stuff or memorization

ya i thought it was easy too...

i actually thought ap bio was easier, but i'm more of a bio person

No way! AP Chemistry is sooooooooooooo hard!

Chemistry is like the epitome of confusing.

^ you sound like this guy who was trying to show off how strong he was by ripping paper (he took awhile and made some grunting noises too like it was difficult), and then me & this other girl showed him up by doing it a gazillion times

Thanks, I guess?

W00t for AP Chem :) A lot of work, but the material is fascinating (maybe not compared to fizix, but I haven't taken that yet).

^ referring to fizix the girl or the misspelling of the subject? disagree about the latter but the former...yes absolutely fascinating

don't worry about it. I totally screwed up this whole thing about chemical trends last year (like out of the 6 FR things, I COMPLETELY scribbled crap that didn't make sense/kinda didn't write answer for #3...1/6 of the test gah!) and still surprisingly got a 5

I thought I was going to get a 4. I think the MC and the easy kinetics FR/other FRs saved me.

The misspelled subject, but I'm sure fizix is a fascinating person as well.

Tell me if this makes sense. I'm in AP Chem, and We JUST learned stoichiometry, like, last week?

How far behind are we?

it was easy for me, but i really really really really really liked the subject.

i got a 5.

and stoichiometry is pretty much taught throughout the year, but there is a unit on it... i remember that we covered it before winter break.... so i would think you're behind, but you could have went through your textbook in a different order.

I don't think you caught my drift. I've never heard of a "mole" before until last week.

LMAO I'm in regular (aka NOOB) chem (in a decent public school, for context) and we learned stoichiometry like..in December. lol

@ Loon: we reviewed the concept of a mole back in early September. So yeah, you're behind.

yep, your in trouble lol we did stoichiometry in september when I took it last year, but we were already expected to know about it already from sophomore chem

^ In my class, we're on acid/base titration with equilibrium. Stoichiometry is very basic and is necessary for more advance topics. o.o

Is it hard to take the Ap Chem exam without taking the ap chem class?

Whats the best prep books?

^ Yes, AP Chem is not like human geography or psychology.
