<p>Being a member of a fraternity is not for everyone. It's perfectly fine if you don't want to join a fraternity, but don't knock it until you try it.</p>

<p>Everything you described I agree with. The one great thing about the mid-level fraternities are that they help to make the not so quality guys respectable. Once they become Juniors & Seniors they evlove into descent individuals.</p>
<p>Whereas the top fraternities have quality guys from day 1. They also filter out the guys who aren't 100% into the experience.</p>
