Hi and right now I'm thinking of applying to some prep schools next year for high school. I want to go to the best high school possible. I live very near some schools I will be applying to so I could be a day student to some schools. Also I could get a good financial aid grant because my family isn't rich. I have found a lot of schools already but I was wondering if they were any good. I'm thinking of applying to:
Middlesex
Concord Academy
Phillips Andover
Phillips Exeter
Mercesburg Academy
Milton Academy
St. Mark's School
Brooks
Groton
Portsmouth Abbey School
Choate
St. Pauls
Hotchkiss
Lawrenceville

I was wondering which one of these people prefer. I probably am going to wind up going to Middlesex but I was just wondering. I'm also interested which schools have Ivy league standard college matriculation. I like Middlesex because it's small, has good college matriculation, has good sports, and good academics. I don't like the thought of Phillips because it seems too big for me. It's got 1000 plus students which kind of scares me. Does size have a big impact on your experience? I've asked a lot of questions, I know, but just give me your thoughts on these places. Thanks.
