The "Easy GE" List

MIMG 6 - i took it with wisnieski and she's pretty easy, especially for science majors you shouldn't have a problem, she's very chill and even brings food for her students in class

bump on LING 1 and LING 20, anybody ever have BURING and HALLMAN, respectively?

buring has terrible reviews on bruinwalk =/. i dont even wanna think about taking him.

LING 1 is being taught by Anoop Mahajan during summer quarter. Anyone had him before? Is he easy?

Reviving this thread from the grave since the schedule for fall 09 is going to be available tomorrow BUMP

I’m looking for an easy 2-unit class to fill up my Fall quarter. So far I only know that “Aerospace Studies 1B and 20B” are easy but both are only offered in winter. I don’t know about their 1A and 20A counterparts.

Can anyone list some easy 2 unit classes to take?

Can anyone comment on:
Psych 10 with Grijalva
Stats 10 with Sanchez
Comm 10 with Suman
Pol Sci 40 with Schwartz.
I know Pol Sci 40 and Psych 10 are not GE’s but any comments on these classes would be appreciated. Easy, hard, good/bad professors?

anybody???

if they’re not on bruinwalk, it’s pretty doubtful you’ll get help anywhere here either. That said, IDK about those classes… I think I’m up for Arch&UD 30 in the fall.

what is a good/easy life science with lab GE to take?

I spent more time on that class than the two upper division Computer Science classes I took with it (combined).

I’ve heard Stats 10 is easy, and Stats 13 is even easier.

I’ve heard Psych 10 is pretty easy, regardless of which prof you have. I had Grijalva for a different lower div psych class and he was a nice guy.

Anyone have an opinion on Gould for Stats 10?

Just bringing this back to the top. So Arts & Architecture 10 is an easy GE? I’m considering taking that.

how about linguistics 1 with rett ? easy ?

is psych10 a GE? … sorry i’m totally lost.

Psych 10 doesn’t seem to be a GE for letters and science. Psych 15 is though. Check the following website for your college’s GE list.
[UCLA Registrar’s Office: General Education Requirements](http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/GE/)

where did asian american studies 10w go :(

i see it on the list of GE’s but i couldn’t get it on the planner, only 30W.

does that mean it’s not offered in the fall?

guess not. bummer

Has anyone taken Astro 5 with Morris? Or just Astro 5? The course description says I have to know some general chemistry and physics =</p>

Is there no one that ever took linguistics 1 with Rett ?

what are some more easy LS with lab classes?
