<p>What habits do you find endearing? What little things have guys done for you that make you fall head over heels for them?</p>
<p>Aw, this is a good topic! I’m pumped to see everyone’s answers. </p>
<p>-I like when guys tease me (in a cute, flirty, caring way) about my likes/dislikes and spark flirty debates.
-I love when they are polite to everyone, regardless if they even know them. Like holding doors open, saying thank you, and especially bless you when someone sneezes. It shows that they are compassionate for others.
-Just offering a helping hand. One time I asked to see my friend’s hw since I wasn’t done checking my answers before the teacher took the answers down from the board and the cute (more like gorgeous), quiet guy next to me who rarely spoke to anyone in class offered his homework to me instead when I had asked somebody else! I was just like awwwww ;)</p>

<p>Do you have any stories fizix2?</p>
<p>Well, for me (and yes, these are all about specific people):
- He can have a conversation about politics without arguing
- He knows just which news articles will pique my interest and forwards them to me
- He loves hypothetical questions, if I talk to him about some crazy idea I have he listens and builds on it. He’s willing to discuss any idea seriously. If he doesn’t like it, he won’t be afraid to offer his opinions, but he’ll do so gently and without contempt.
- When I walk into his room, he turns to me, gives me his full attention, and says “Hi Jessica, how are you?” Nothing I say is not worth his time. Unless he’s busy, in which case he explains.
- We can converse for long periods of time on almost any topic
- He can hear my worst secrets and feel for me instead of judging me or staring awkwardly
- He likes NetHack. He sends me high-level items in computer games we play.
- He can build web applets and program computer games (and/or bots that play NetHack)
- He gave me his root password and let me mess around on his computer
- He reaches out to distressed strangers
- He injects Prozac into rats. I mean, what a cool project.
- He is successful and finishes problem sets three days in advance
- He’s good at word games like Contact, Taboo, etc. (I think the better we are when we’re on the same team, the better we are at communicating with each other. Also it shows he’s smart.)
- He knows everything about everything (but isn’t arrogant)
- His car has a built-in GPS
- He’s an IMO gold medalist who has a good sense of humor and makes me happy</p>

i wish i was going out with the last guy but he broke up with me and then i moved 3000 miles away. waaah</p>
<p>Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that, that stinks. Whoever the first guy is, maybe two, sounds really awesome, like the first 6 bullets. What about him/them?</p>
<p>heh well one of them is my ex (who has asperger’s and i only know him on the internet). i actually met him here on college confidential.
the other one is a guy i had a crush on, and he seemed to like me too until i left school for a year and he started dating this other girl. now that i know him better we wouldn’t have been a good match at all - he would have expected a lot more than i could deliver.
oh and the third guy is my brother

<p>Yeah, but he’s going to college while I’ll still be stuck in high school for another year. 
And it’s really a bummer because he was literally perfect or as close as you can get. Same guy from earlier. And that was my freshman year that my little story from earlier happened, lol.</p>

<p>well right now i want a mr. darcy pre-falling in love with elizabeth…lol anyone else? btw, Mr Darcy is from pride and prejudice by jane austen. i know its strange -darcy was an a-hole before the explanation and everything-but otherwise hes got everything else a girl could want. and its cute that he can love someone more than himself despite his arrogance.</p>

<p>Here’s some about my ex:
- He sung love songs to me in a really bad voice
- He was the only one who took me seriously
- Had manners
- He wasn’t just your typical jock, you could actually have a very meaningful conversation with him
- He told me hs thoughts about life, and what he said basically quoted my favourite song, (Live Forever)</p>
<p>Have any of you ever read Tolstoy’s The Death of Ivan Illyich? There’s this guy in there called Gerasim, and I think he’s perfect.</p>
