@ronakice Your FA status puts you down, real negative it is REALLY difficult for internationals to get need based aid and the SAT is kinda low for those top schools plus Robotics, Chess and Olympiads, too mainstream you need an EC that stands out. That said you have a small chance at these schools but you may get accepted somewhere.
If you can endure the financial hardships with the income bracket you stated you might have a higher chance at all schools but I still don’t see a clear shot at all these schools with that SAT score and those EC’s.
ronakice, you have all top schools in your list. seems you don’t have any reach or sure schools for the SAT schores you have. The Indian EA are not comparable to US EAs. If your income bracket is low you may be eligible for some scholarships, but you have to apply to schools where your SAT scores are above their average accepted scores (basically your scores should be in the top 25% of the accepted scores). For FA apply through CSS Profile on the college board website.

I have also applied to UPENN but my chances are very slm as I have applied for financial aid :((

I got conditional admit in GA tech for fall 2016 as transfer, on condition that I have to do my first year in any US university. So I am thinking which one to take. I have NCSU,ASU,Perdue, and RIT in hand .all confirmed admit. Pl suggest!
