The less "pleasant" side of boarding schools maybe?

Just wondering about how much drinking/drug use/sex etc. happens at boarding schools. I'm not interested in that sort of stuff but I would like to know before hand so it doesn't come as too much of a shock if I do see it happen. If anyone from NCSSM specifically could tell me that would be great since that's where I plan on applying.

I have a brother who attended Governor’s and was expelled and I have friends who go there now. Maybe not so much sex, but I have definitely heard LOTS of stories of drinking and drugs… My ex-boyfriend, for example

Psh, amateur Emoji hour over here XD

As a current senior at NCSSM, I know that there is drug use, sex, and some alcohol consumption at the school. Almost always, any alcohol and drugs are off campus, as it’s too easy to get caught and kicked out if done on campus. So you won’t run into that much, if ever, at the school. People hook up on campus, but it’s usually not more than making out, and you won’t see it happening if you avoid going to a few key areas at night time. Overall, you shouldn’t have a problem with any of that kind of stuff at NCSSM, especially if you aren’t close friends with the relatively few people who choose to do drugs and drink.

I’m also a current senior at NCSSM. I agree that drinking, sex, and drugs are pretty easy to stay away from if you want to.
