How worth it is it to get season tickets? It's like $90, but I only really want to go to most of the Ivy League games and the UNC one. How tough is it to get tickets for UNC and Princeton? Also, how much will tickets to individual games cost? Is it really worth the $90?

The run for the Line tonight was one of my favorite experiences at penn so far. It was so fun watching everyone sprint there. And it was a lot like this youtube video:

Season tickets are a lot of fun. They're $90 for 17 games (that's the count last time I checked). Tickets for any given game are $10 but the seats will be worse than if you get season tickets. The UNC game will be virtually impossible to get tickets to. Most Ivy games (with the exception of Princeton) won't sell out but will still have a good showing. The Big 5 games (Philadelphia area - Temple, Nova, St. Joe's, Lasalle, and now Drexel) will likely fill up/sell out and those are the really fun ones to watch. The "other" games (Howard, the Citadel) likely will be poorly attended since they're crappy teams and early on in the season before buzz builds up.

Since tickets per game are $10 (or much more, for desirable games) and Line tickets average 4-5 (I believe there was a discount rate for frosh) I'd say it's worth it. I will say that basketball games are one of my favorite things about Penn and I suggest every student checks them out because they're so much fun. (And look for me in the first row this year)
