I got a 2 on English Lit TToTT. I got the credit for English 100 last year with English Lang, but I still don’t like failing! It’s only 1 AP fail, but I still feel like a failure. A 3 would have been nice… I know I did ****ty in that class, but I was hoping a miracle would happen. I wish my teacher spent more time on poetry. Poetry’s my weakest point ;(.

I got a 4 and a 5 in Studio Art and Psychology respectively, but I feel like a loser because those are considered “easy” APs.

A lot of people this year on CC seem to have a 2-3 on English Lit, I mean more than other AP exams this year…there is something really odd going on. That’s just not CC to have that many low scores on an exam! I have a 3 too.

I haven’t noticed it so much on other tests, I was just saying on English Lit. There’s something odd about it.

Yes, 2011 tests. No, they haven’t been SENT out yet. Some will be sent next week, beginning on the west coast. People have their scores by paying $8 on the phone to the College Board as of 5 pm EST on June 30th, or some got it from their college accounts, if they’ve already been uploaded.

Hehe, nice name. Ive played piano for 11 years and while quite good, I hate it, parents make me do it. is it 8dollars per test, or 8dollars to call?

@Bahrbarian: Per call. Are you a graduated senior? Don’t bother. Just check your college account. They sometimes get there. If you live in the west coast, don’t waste that money, it’ll come sometime this week. You can wait, right? If you’re from the east, then I guess the pay might be worth it. If you want to see your scores 2 weeks earlier.

I used to play piano too; I was forced to by my Asian parents. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it. Ironically, my concentration for my art portfolio was piano keyboard. Got a 4.

It did make the difference for me. Psychologically you could say… xD Don’t think I answered enough to even pass!

I answered enough to get a two under the old rule- because I was too hesitant to try other questions and then ran out of time. But knowing now that I have nothing to lose allowed me to attempt at every question. Enough questions to pass.

Just wondering, what did you guys feel like when you walked out of the test? Did you feel like you did THAT poorly? I know that, like, half of students got zero points on calc ab frq 3. How does that even consciously happen?

To those of you with 1s and 2s (maybe even some 3s?):
Like a user above me said, just the fact that you TOOK the AP tests makes you a heck of a lot smarter than some people I know that don’t even know what AP stands for.
I mean, it sounds stupid, but seriously. The tests are insanely hard, require so many hours of outside study (and parents expect you to work, do chores, get straight As, join a million clubs, and hang out with friends on the side!), and once you get to college, you’ll be way ahead of some kids who have never even seen this material before. :)

Anybody else take the bio test? I took both the biology subject test and ap bio test, and the ap test was enormously easier. I got a measly 690 on the subject test but a 4 on the ap test. Aren’t ap tests supposed to be harder

@Bahrbarian I took the AP Biology test and the Biology Subject Test the Saturday before the AP test. I got a 4 on the AP test and a 660 on the subject test.

I legit, straight up, failed Calculus AB. I got a 1. Because a zero isn’t possible. Because my teacher was a d-bag who didn’t teach us anything. I’ve talked to a few other kids from my class and they all got 1s as well. I can’t wait until our counselor looks at the scores for that test. I really hope they do something about it. So many students and parents complained about the teacher throughout the year but no one did a thing about it…

I also failed Lit. I got a 3, but I needed a 4 for credit. I was actually really surprised because I was expecting a 4 or 5. I’m a humanities person, not a science person.

I might be needing this support group , cuz I probably failed my exam. The CB turned down my request for extra time so of course I never finished the test. If u can’t finish u can’t really pass
