<p>hey, im sorry, i have been reading the threads that already exist on this topic, but they didn´t really help, because they keep contradicting themselves...
i don´t know yet if i am going to apply online or by mail but my summers essay is 483 words, which would be too long if there was an actual character limit (its about 2870 characters). I find it hard to cut out even more (already shortened it from 580 words)
but the character limit would only be valid for the online application (through the common app) right? but does that make any sense?
any help would be appreciated, i really don´t know what to make out of this.
