<p>No. Double-spaced, I wrote about 450 words.</p>
<p>I wrote just over two pages and I had 730 words. However, it’s more the quality than the quantity. If you can adequately describe in 1 to 1 1/2 pages how you can contribute they will not count that against you. I just tried to focus on one major thing that makes me who I am and that I can use to affect others. Just be honest and use this as a way to contemplate how you can bring something uniquely you to Rice’s campus.</p>
<p>Ricehopeful is spot on. Do not stop writing in order to fit a word limit; do not make it intentionally verbose either.</p>
