I think that being a senior is going to be fun :) I mean... we get to go grad dress shopping!

But seriously... I am in for a busy year. I'm doing the IB diploma and have all my HLs, Internal Assessments, World Lit, Extended Essay, TOK, and Group 4 stuff to finish, not to mention essay and oral exams. I'm also taking more EC's than I did last year. The one good thing though, is that during/after exams in may, I'll be home free to enjoy my last months of senior year with nothing much to do. I will have to prep for provincial exams (yay Alberta) but after IB they are really no problem.

As for the college stuff, I really have stopped caring for the time being, seeing as how I can pretty much go anywhere in Canada with what I have going for me. The US schools I'm applying to are more just incase I get into somewhere really exceptional. Also, I'm seriously considering defering acceptance for a year to work/travel my way around the world (while knowing I have somewhere to go when I get back)... and why not? I know that I'll be needing a well earned break from academia. Whoever decided that the only "right" thing to do is finish school as fast as possible probably turned into an unhappy workaholic anyways.
