Admissions season for the class of 2010 is gradually coming to an end at most schools. So where have you been admitted to, waitlisted at and rejected from? If you had a chance to go back in time, what things wouldl you change? Which would you leave as they are?
You've made it so far as to read this thread, so just say anything. (we cant let the middlebury thread die)

Admitted at: Wesleyan, Haverford, Williams, St. Olaf
Rejected at: N/A
Waitlisted at: N/A
Waiting for: Middlebury, Columbia, Brown, Yale

I would change: my adherence to deadlines. I think I missed every single app by at least a day. And my financial papers JUST got turned in... I would have definitely kept a schedule.

I would not change: the schools I've applied to. I applied to a good number (eight) and I wouldn't be unhappy at any of the colleges I chose to aply to.

I: am really glad that I won't have to deal with this again until another four years.

admitted: hobart & william smith (w/ scholarship), dickinson (jan term)
waitlisted: colby
unknown: midd, tufts

i would change: i would have worked on the essays ahead of time. i wrote pounds of them, everyone seemed to need at least one or two extra ones, and a lot of them seemed really rushed. i also would make my mum apply for financial aid.

i would not change: ditto, the schools i applied to. i really liked all of them, esp the top three, and they have excellent programs for what i want to do

i would really like to know now. my top two are the ones i still haven't heard from, and i cant concentrate on scholarship apps anymore.

Admitted: UW Honors, Whitman, Macalester, Tufts
Waitlisted: Claremont McKenna (so should have gotten in here, but they let this "athlete" at my school in, i hope that doesn't happen for midd), Johns Hopkins
Rejected: Georgetown

Unknown: Tufts, Pomona
