Things I can do to help my chances after turning in my application?

What are some things that I could do to help my admission chances?
I really want to get into Case Western; it is definitely a top choice school for me.
I'm working on the scholarship essays and hoping that I get accepted.
Turned in my application and everything on my status page is checked off.
I also live in Korea, so visiting campus would be difficult.
All kinds of advice will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure which of these are practical…you could sign up for an alumni interview in case there are any in Korea!

@bopper: Tbh, I was going to, but decided not to because of how expensive the interview services were… :l
I’ve heard calling them shows a lot of interest because of the fact that I would be calling from a different time zone and what-not, how true is this? Any idea?

An alumni interview is someone who has graduated from CWRU talking to you for about 30 minutes. But this would only work if there are some alumni in your country. It would be free.
I would not call the admissions office just to call.

But you could put your name on the list for an alumni interview and see what happens.

You could participate in the online events such as the “Introducing CWRU” next week. If you do participate, make sure to ask questions and try to be excited and engaged. This would show you are interested and it says it is ideal for students who haven’t visited! The only issue would possibly be the different time zones.

@bopper‌ Ohh, I see. That makes sense. I will do so. Thank you.
@b3c4nur83‌ the page(<a href=“Introducing CWRU”>Introducing CWRU) that I found says it is in October and has passed. Do you have a link to the one that is next week? This sounds really good. As for time zones, I think it would definitely be worth staying up late for this.

Here is a like to the one that is on November 24 ( <a href=“Introducing CWRU”>Introducing CWRU; ) Good luck!
