Thinking about applying ED to The George Washington University. Merit Scholarship?

She actually had 6 AP classes with a 3.7, your stats are almost exactly the same. One of her friends had a 32 and a 3.6 or so, was also accepted. I would think you would get in without much of an issue, but unless there is something unusual about you, merit aid would be a challenge. Good luck!

@mittentigger I could probably still go without merit aid, just wanted to know what people thought about my chances.

You have had a whole bunch of people say ‘yes, you look like a match’ and you are still asking for more. The cold hard fact is that nobody can give you more than that: people with as good or better numbers get turned down and people with not as good numbers don’t get in- b/c it’s not just about numbers.

Take all this nervous energy- begging for more ‘tell me it’s all going to be ok’ comments is not going to help you get anywhere- and go put it into the things that will help you get somewhere. Work on your essays. Work on a project that is interesting to you. Do something constructive with all that anxiety.
