thinking about transferring...chances?

<p>I'm a sophomore at NYU but it's ridiculously expensive here and I don't want to continue accumulating debt for an undergraduate degree. I would get in-state tuition at Madison (my dad lives in Milwaukee).</p>

<p>right now I have a 3.73 gpa
english major, creative writing minor
right now I have a paid internship at a literary agency, I'll have been there a year
work at an independent bookstore over breaks
had an internship last year at a tv production company
other random ecs: acting, member of an NYU literary society
in high school had a 3.8 uw gpa, 2100 SAT score</p>

<p>am I in? also, does anyone know anything about the english and/or creative writing departments at madison?</p>
