Alright, so i'm working on the housing app. Which of these neighborhoods is the most centrally located (i.e. closest to classes)?

Central/Hill Neighborhood

North Neighborhood (Baits Houses)

North Neighborhood (Bursley Halll)

Also, if I apply for Honors housing, am i assured of getting it? Or is there a chance I wouldn't get in?

Thanks.

If memory serves, all honors students who request honors housing are guaranteed a room in South Quad. But I may be wrong.

As for which dorms are closest to the majority of your classes, assuming you are a prospective LSA or Business major, Central and the Hill are closest.

yea SQuad will be your home if you apply for hon housing...otherwise central/hill...then north

There isnt much chance for a fresh to be living in Central yeh? (assuming you still havent applied). So since theres such a big chance ending up at north campus, which dorm is better/recommened, baits single/double or bursely single/double???

They're adding an "emporium" to Bursley so that students will have some on-site late night chow options there. That has to raise its appeal somewhat (although I don't know how it stacks up against Baits otherwise)

In my opinion, Bursley is better since you won't have to walk to get to the cafeteria, and everybody is in the same building, as opposed to Baits which is a lot of disconnected smaller buildings.

hm, any other opinions on choosing between bursley and baits (since ill mostly end up there....)? and opinions on single or doubles in them ?
