My d is applying to this program . . . would love to hear from students who have participated in it (or their parents). Is it worthwhile? A lot more work? Looking to hear pros and cons . . .
From what my d said, compared to the regular biology and inorganic chemistry courses, FHS was an easier B to A- but a harder A because of the grading curve. Not that much more work, but material was taught at a more advanced level.
Her only grades below A throughout USC were in FSH, but it prepared her well for MCAT

@BadParent do you mean with the curve that the median is higher but more clumped at the top so it is more difficult? My daughter is also considering FSH. Did your daughter enjoy the teachers? I think that is one of the key things to differentiate.
