I closed my eyes and randomly selected the different college. I got put into Thurgood Marshall College. Did I get into one of the most desirable college on campus? If it makes a difference, I'm an electrical engineering major. Is this considered a good or bad college?

I think the most desirable college on campus would be Muir. There isn't much talk about Marshall really.. or at least I haven't been hearing much about it, but the little I did hear has been positive. And I believe most of the engineers are in Warren because Warren has the easiest GE's for engineers or something.

Feel free to correct me on anything because this is all hear-say.

Marshall is fine. Be happy you didn't randomly select Revelle or ERC. Their GEs make it difficult for engineers to graduate in four years.

Ah, Marshall college. They're having trouble with their writing program. The old values are no longer being followed, TAs are being fired. It's not good! It's a fairly average writing program though. Have fun, and welcome to UCSD. =D
