Hi. I’m hypscm. I spend 25 hours a day on cc and I secretly hope everyone in humanity will be wiped out by the plague so I can attend my dream school. Thank you.

haha YES, I love you because you love Harry Potter and you’ll be my hero <3

It’s nice to see all these musical/Harry Potter/John Green people.
I forgot to mention my dream schools, but I might as well, I suppose.
Stanford is my top choice, for now (I’ve heard some interesting things about the people there though); I like BU, Cornell, and Penn State.

Isn’t that only if you make a post about another CCer?
Also it says in the rules not to divulge personal information that would reveal your identity, but I doubt that interests and general areas of living would give away too much. (:

@stressedouttt- Of course! I understand not liking John Green because he isn’t my favorite author; I jus find his books interesting and unique. And to each his own. Except I’m so hypocritical…
Because if you had said you didn’t like Harry potter , then it would probably be a different story. Let’s just say Avada Kedavra would be a less paInful fate than telling me you don’t like Harry potter… Just kidding, of course. I’ve met a lot of people who don’t like the series and after debating with some of these interesting people, I’ve come to discover that sometimes people just don’t like the wizarding world… Their loss

Once though, I did get into an intense argument with a freshman about the series because he reasons for not liking it were just not valid at all. She said it was unrealistic, for one thing. Of course it’s unrealistic. It’s a book about magic and witches and wizards. I also doubt that twilight, her favorite book, is realistic at all either.

Well… I’m not really the nerd most people think I am. I love photography, music, and games. My favorite game will probably have to be zOMG (gaiaonline). But since of all the stress and homework I’ve been dealing with, I haven’t played for a while. I don’t play any sports. I’m very pragmatic about everything. Like I don’t dream. I plan and hopefully my dream will be reached. IDK if this is normal for a CC member [ (; ] but I’m one of those girls who spend 30 minutes on her look. I seriously do. Like I plan, apply some crap on my face, etc.

So I’m not really a nerdy nerd. Like the first post, I’m kinda pseudo nerd. I like to look pretty as much as I like the good grades.

^kimmylouie. Yes! Harry Potter for the win!

So now my bio:
I’m Chinese, but the first one born in the US, so my family has high hopes for me. I’m a good student, but so lazy, which is probably gonna bite me in the ass. I’m also known as the “goth, emo, punk, scary” girl, but also sorta stereotypical Asian. People think I do drugs (I don’t, but some of my friends do) and I bleached a chunk of my hair.

I LOVELOVELOVE listening to music, mostly ska punk/punk. Lately I’ve also been really into knitting and made some mittens, so that’s pretty exciting. I also love Sherlock (look at those cheekbones. I could cut myself slapping that face) and etcetera. So there y’all go.

I don’t like the hunger games books either xD I read the 1st one. haven’t seen the movie yet. but I have many problems with that book.

just a prior warning, for the love of all that is good, no one start discussing the Inheritance series. I have SO many issues with that book it’s ridiculous.

maybe I just get too wrapped up in my reading lol

Ok but who here got into Pottermore as the beta team and ended up so disappointed… I know I did. I’m so upset that Pottermore hasn’t shown much activity lately.

Inheritance series = Eragon shudders

I got into Pottermore beta and it was disappointing. I deleted my beta account. I’ll get a new one when/if it opens with lower expectations so I can actually enjoy myself

I was kinda disappointed with Pottermore. I got 4 accounts and was going to sell them… but ended up giving them away to people who didn’t get one. Anyway, at least it’s free, and some of the stuff does have that J. K. Rowling touch to it. (EG: the Sorting quiz.) Us Potterheads are just going to have to get over the fact that nothing is ever going to be as good as the books… :(

I enjoyed the first two books in the Hunger Games Trilogy but currently am apathetic about the last one. Perhaps I will try to reread it over the summer when I have some actual spare time, but Katniss in the final novel really bothers me currently. The movie was good in all its Hollywood glory, but the book is better.

I’m sorta on the fence about the Hunger Games series. I read the first one, and it was pretty good, but I heard the last two are awful, and haven’t bothered to read them. The movie wasn’t really anything special. I really had a problem with the pacing and camera work.
