<p>AH! I was accepted to Bostons summer program, but I really want to know when we will hear about out waitlist status. Has anyone heard??? does anyone know when we should be hearing about waitlist statuses??</p>

New to the boards but not to theater. I was waitlisted to new studio MT, called the office and they said they are only beginning to process confirmations and will get to processing the waitlist next week.

<p>I FINALLY called this morning and the guy I ‘talked’ to was like asleep and I asked him about the scholarship. and all he said was ‘they were sent out. so yeah you didn’t get it.’
and he was pretty nasty:( </p>

<p>I just called, you all should too, and I told them what program I had applied to and they were like we havent sent out waitlist notifications yet, and the woman was very friendly- she for sure did not say that the program I applied to was full… that’s so weird.</p>
<p>My daughter got an email on 4/29 saying she’d gotten off the waitlist for New York Musical Theatre. She had been accepted to Singapore the week before but had never applied for this program. She has already accepted another summer program’s offer, and she let NYU know this on Friday, so maybe they are still going off of the waitlist. Good luck!</p>

<p>I’m thinking of doing the Filmmakers Workshop for the summer of 2011 but all the information on the website is so vague and unhelpful. Would you be able to describe more accurately for me what the experience is like? What is the class schedule like (what classes do you take/when do they start and end). What do the students typically do on weekends? I hear there is a lot of work and little free time, but that is very subjective – what is the most onerous work load that you received? Do you still have time to have fun and explore New York, etc.?</p>

<p>the film program is intense, you work the entire time. you do not get to explore nyc, but if your serious about film, you wont mind =]</p>
