tisch scholarships

MattH, that's fascinating that your a sophomore (not in Tisch) but I believe we were talking about Tisch scholarships, unless I'm reading the headline of this post incorrectly. All these letters get a bit jumbled up in my ignorant little mind!!! LOL.

With regard to Tisch scholarships- yes, some are give and NO it will not necessarily cost you $50,000 to go to Tisch.

(And as far as transportation goes as an added expensive, last I checked my feet worked pretty well and NYU doesn't have studios completely across town for Undergrads.) ;)

(Just thought I should add an extra exclamation for you! You seem so excited all the time!)

These posts are worrying me... but I'm wondering, what if you have low EFCs? Will they just not meet it? My EFC is about 4000, so it would be really terrible if I only got a few thousand...

lindsey, you know what, I give up trying to help explain things to you. You obviously know more than anyone here, even those of us who have been at NYU for two years. And imagine that, people actually know about more than one of NYU's schools. I mean it's not like we room with students from schools other than the one we're in, or anything. Yeesh. You're gonna be a real hit at NYU with your attitude, I CAN tell you that.

Oh, yes, btw, Tisch's studios are scattered all over lower Manhattan. So depending which dorm you end up living in, be prepared for a long, and sometimes unpleasant, walk, especially in winter.

koushirou - me too! terribly low EFC and weird financial situation.
I want Tisch soooo badly!

"You're gonna be a real hit at NYU with your attitude, I CAN tell you that. "

Really, you think?! Gosh, I'm so excited about NYU NOW!!!
